Mr. Mohammad Tariq

Mr. Tariq has 18 years of experience in implementing and managing large-scale GIS solutions. As the GIS program manager at Boston Water and Sewer Commission, he helped the commission to implement a successful GIS program that included data conversion, hardware/software procurement, training, application development, and maintenance workflow. As the GIS project manager for the Washington D.C. government, Mr. Tariq has helped District to develop and implement a GIS program. He was the project manager for the District's DC Atlas Intranet application.
Mr. Tariq has a Bachelors degree in Geology and two Masters in Geology and Regional Planning. He is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Tariq has published and presented several papers on GIS related topics.

Mr. Razavi has 22 years of experience in software development, database design and system implementation. As a senior developer Mr. Razavi helped NASD (parent company to NASDAQ) design and develop a very large-scale Oracle database for the Broker-Agent registry. He also helped the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice implement an Oracle based case management system.
Mr. Razavi has a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Management Information Systems from the George Washington University. He has published three books on developing software applications.
